Our Jolly Pirates’ refund and cancellation policy is shown clearly during checkout. Please review it before confirming your booking. Cruises are non-refundable.
- There will be no refunds for passengers that are “no-shows” on the day of their trip.
- There will be no refunds for oversleeping, sunburns, change of heart, or good/bad luck in the casino, or simply deciding there were other things to do in Aruba.
- By Management’s discretion, an exception can occur in the circumstance only of a medical type emergency.
- In the unlikely event of bad weather, if the ship experiences technical problems or for any circumstance your cruise would be canceled you would receive a full refund.
- Cruise ship guests visiting Aruba are required to confirm the local time zones when they arrive. There will be no refunds for cruise ship guests who have not confirmed local time zones as requested.
CRUISE EXPERIENCE

Yes. Most of our cruises are family-friendly and great for kids. Aboard the Morning Sail, Snorkel, Swim and Swing Cruise, Afternoon Snorkel Tour and Sunset Sail Cruise children under 10 years old are welcome and can join the fun at reduced rates!
The only exception is our adults-only Grub & Grog BBQ Dinner Cruise, which is 18+. Children are not age appropriate to join the Adults-only Grub & Grog Aruba sunset Cruise.

All Jolly Pirates cruises depart from Hadicurari Pier at MooMba Beach in Palm Beach, Aruba, located between the Marriott Surf Club and the Holiday Inn Resort. It’s a very convenient spot for guests staying in the High-Rise hotel area.

Yes. Vegetarian and gluten-free meal options are available with advance notice. Please let us know your dietary needs when you book so we can prepare your meal in advance.

Every Jolly Pirates cruise includes an all-inclusive open bar with unlimited cocktails, soft drinks, rum punches, and other mixed drinks throughout your sail. There is no additional charge for unlimited drinks in the bar. The Open Bar is included in the price of your ticket.

We visit Aruba’s top snorkeling spots every day, including the Antilla Shipwreck, Boca Catalina, and Malmok Reef. These are some of the most popular and scenic snorkel sites in Aruba.

Yes. Our classic pirate schooners have plenty of shaded areas for guests who prefer to stay out of the sun. The awning canopy provides shelter from the sun and there is cushioned seating for your comfort.

Yes. The famous Jolly Pirates rope swing is available on all our daytime and sunset cruises.We believe the rope swing is truly one of the most fun things to do in Aruba!

SUNSET CRUISES

No. Jolly Pirates sails on authentic teak pirate schooners, not catamarans. Our traditional sailing ships give you a unique pirate-style sunset cruise experience.

We offer two popular sunset cruise options.
- Classic Sunset Sail (~$50 per child and $60 per adult) Our classic Aruba sunset sail includes an all-inclusive open bar, music, and our famous rope swing.
- Grub & Grog Sunset Sail (~$105 private adult only) Our adults-only cruise includes a delicious BBQ dinner, live DJ entertainment, and an all-inclusive open bar.

Only the Classic Sunset Sail is open to all ages.
The Grub & Grog BBQ Dinner Cruise is adults-only and is restricted to guests 18 and over.

Casual beachwear is perfect. Many guests bring swimsuits to enjoy the rope swing, along with reef-friendly sun protection, a towel, light cover-up, and wind resistant/comfortable clothing for relaxing on the deck at sunset.
SNORKELING CRUISES

Yes. Aruba’s calm waters and our helpful crew make it an excellent choice for first-time snorkelers. We provide flotation vests, clear instructions, and full support so beginners can feel comfortable in the water.

We provide all snorkeling equipment, including sanitized masks, snorkels, fins, flotation vests, and guidance from our crew. Everything you need for a safe and fun snorkeling experience is included.

Our daily snorkel cruises visit some of the best snorkeling spots in Aruba, including the Antilla Shipwreck, Boca Catalina, and Malmok Reef. These sites are known for clear water, tropical fish, and great underwater views.

Yes. You can customize your private charter with a variety of upgrades, including enhanced food options, an all-inclusive open bar, entertainment, DJs, photography, and more, to create the perfect private sailing experience for your group.
SPECIAL REQUESTS AND EXTRAS

Yes. There is no need to book a private charter just for a vow renewal. With advance notice, our captain can perform a short, lighthearted vow renewal ceremony for you during your cruise, and your fellow guests are always happy to raise a glass and celebrate with you. All of our cruises include an all-inclusive open bar, which makes the moment even more festive.

We do not currently ship merchandise. Jolly Pirates merchandise is available at our dockside location before and after your cruise.

Yes. Jolly Pirates is a popular shore excursion for cruise passengers. We are about 20–25 minutes from the Aruba Cruise Terminal, and our morning and afternoon snorkel cruises generally fit well with most cruise ship schedules.
